Mobile Mechanic Pros Milwaukee

Spent over 300.00 dollars with no actual diagnosis or repairs. 135 dollars is to come plug in a code reader. I told them I had already done that. Then They said they took Venmo and I had to pay cash and PayPal to someone out of state. No repairs. No diagnosis. Lost over 300.00 for nothing. Vehicle is still sitting here unable to start. No guarantee on their work. I had a similar issue about a year ago. I had the vehicle towed into a shop and it was repaired in an hour for less than 300.00. I am done with mobile mechanics. My experience with mobile mechanics has been dealing with sketchy people that I'm not sure are actual mechanics. Not a good experience. Then I get sent a response on here that says customer feedback is taken seriously. What has been done to remedy the situation? Are you sending someone to actually fix it? Give me a refund or partial refund because you couldn't? I should take this to small claims. It's ridiculous.

A mechanic came to me same day after making the call in the afternoon expecting next day service at the earliest. He was quick and efficient and had my car up and running with a new starter just a few hours after calling in to the company.

They recently built my 2021 M340i that included an upgraded trans, and fuel system and I can’t say enough how pleased I was with their work. I found them to be meticulous and methodical in their approach, all the while David did a fantastic job of communicating with me the progress of the build. I was so happy with them that I’m scheduling additional work with them and plan on using them for future projects.

When my car unexpectedly started making strange noises, Mobile Mechanic Pros Milwaukee came through for me. The mechanic was professional, arriving promptly and explaining everything thoroughly. It’s great to have such reliable help here in Milwaukee. The entire process was smooth, and I’d rate their service a solid five stars. Getting the repair done at home made my life so much easier! Thanks for that.!
